We are in a quiet residential area of north Swanage. Eco friendly self build, timber frame house with underfloor heating and solar panel producing the hot water. Nestling at the foot of the Purbeck Hills, with views to the south, 400 metres from the cliff edge and steps to North Beach. A stroll into town, along the prom, which is half a mile away and explore Swanage and it's history. Eating a hearty breakfast overlooking the pretty garden can set you up for a wonderful day. For eating out, the restaurants, pubs and cafes are all within walking distance. Car parking is available in the road around the house.
